Αφού δε μπορώ να κοιμηθώ, θα μοιραστώ μαζί σας μια όμορφη ιστορία....
It begins on the island of feelings; an island where all the "feelings" lived. There was Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge and a few others, including Love.
One day an earthquake hit and destroyed the island. It was announced that the island was sinking, and everyone needed to build a boat and leave, so all of the feelings constructed their own boats and left.
Everyone that is except for Love. Love was the only one who stayed behind. Love had decided it wanted to hold out until the last possible moment. When the island had almost sunk, Love who had not built its own boat began asking for help.
Richness passed by Love in a big beautiful boat. Love said, "Richness, can you please take me with you?". Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."
Love saw Vanity who was also passing by in a big vessel and yelled out, "Vanity, please help me!". "I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered.
But then Sadness was close by and so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
But sadness was depressed and answered, "I am sorry Love, I am just so sad that I need to be by myself!"
Then Happiness passed by Love, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love was calling for her.
Suddenly, there was a majestic voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elderly feeling. So overjoyed was Love that it even forgot to ask the elderly feeling where they were going. When they arrived on dry land, the elder went on her own way. Realizing how grateful it was for being rescued...
Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?". "It was Time," Knowledge answered. "Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"
Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is."
